We first met Kristy when we came to view the property at 83 Langana Avenue. Although she represented the vendor, she treated us as if we were her own clients. She never pushed us toward the property and was always honest in presenting the true picture. Previously, we had met a few agents who claimed their properties were the best, but Kristy stood out with her transparency and professionalism. She also helped us view a few other houses so we could gain a better understanding of the Browns Bay market, which we truly appreciated. Kristy was very patient throughout the buying process and helped us secure two extensions from the vendor to obtain financial approval. She consistently assisted in communicating our requests and ensuring they were conveyed properly to the vendor.
