Being in my 80's I found it delightful how respectful Kristina was, she approached the sale of my home with a cheerful and energetic vibe which really helped me through the process, it can be hard when you're selling a home on your own, she picked me up and kept me going when I was worried or unsure. I can't say enough kind things about her, she did everything so well, and I'm sure I wouldn't have achieved the sale price that I did if it wasn't for Kristina. As the executor of my late nephews estate I was keen to carry the house sale quickly but efficiently with the maximum return for his benefactors. I initially consulted 2 real estate agents to provide me with sound marketing advice. Kristina managed to pull together a written report within a couple of days and was ready to present this to me at our first meeting. The other agent had done some research but wanted another meeting to present her report. This, plus Kristina's unconventional personality made her my choice. The other agent had more experience in Real estate but I didn't feel she had the same energy and drive. Kristina offered assistance in several areas including engaging tradespeople and to present the property in its best light. She is a warm and friendly person, supportive and keeps in touch regularly. She persuaded me to go to auction prior to Christmas and with her drive and an excellent auctioneer Johnny the house sold very quickly! With additional experience and a couple more years in Real Estate I'm sure Kristina will be one of Ray White's top performers.

I just want put honest review for Kristina .as we live in overseas and decided her to be our sales agent. Since beginning of sales she helped to organise to do work in house and she chose everything for us including painter,lawnmower etc and she was available for us all the time . She guided us from start to end and SOLD properly in auction which was great achievement I would say but was not possible without her I would highly recommended that she is very honest hardworking sales agent she give her more then 100% .
