I genuinely cannot say enough about our experience with Kristen Hines from Bayleys. Right off the bat she is so genuine and caring. She has a wealth of knowledge and does so much research. Her Professionalism And work ethic were second to none. We had a short campaign which was very challenging. She worked all hours to get buyers through. Kristen recommended staging which I have to say was the best decision we ever made and ended us netting us over $100,000 more than we expected. We were completely blown away. I could not recommend Kristen more. She is just a genuine human being and an exceptional real estate agent. Side note Justin her auctioneer was extremely efficient and worked to get us more money in the back room which made a lot of difference. All in all, highly recommend.
