What can I say?! Kris knows the market inside out, and everything went according to his plan - the advertising was brilliant, and lots of interest was generated... almost had to close surrounding streets for the open home!! One week later, the house was sold for more than we expected and with a settlement date that worked perfectly for us. Thanks again, Kris - couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
