Kris assisted us immensely right from our first contact. Kris sold us the house in 2015 which was then the perfect property for my elderly in-laws to live in. Recently, when the time came to sell on we didn't know where to start in getting our vacant property ready for sale, especially with being unfamiliar with the area for tradespeople etc. Not a problem for Kris! She arranged: cleaner, plumber, electrician, interior painters, handyman, staging. All these tradespeople impressed us with their promptness, efficiency and reasonable charges. Kris even roped in her son-in-law to help! All this work was completed in a few short weeks. The house was listed just before Christmas 2023 and now 5 February 2024 we are just a couple of days away from settling with the new owners.
