Kris is one of the best I have ever worked with. I believe he has almost 20 years experience in real estate and his reputation proceeds him. He has a wealth of knowledge. He also has a powerhouse team and unlimited resources to get the job done. I was grateful to have the opportunity to work with Kris. He has an amazing strategy and can relate to any type of buyer or seller. I was impressed with the marketing campaign. He did an amazing job to get our house the most exposure possible in such a hard market. Kris is direct and honest right from the start and all the way through which I appreciate. Kris was also able to get us the top dollar for our house and also sold the home quickly. One night, 1 hour after an open home ended, I went to the house to put some things up and noticed tthe lights were still on. I looked through the window and could see Kris sitting at the table with a buyer. I could see the energy and enthusiasm through the window. He is willing to go the distance and do whatever it takes to satisfy his client and the buyer.
