Kris has a very strong market knowledge. His professionalism was admirable. He communicated at every stage of the process and between Kris and his team we knew everything that was going on at every stage, open home, how the property was managed etc. We discovered we had higher than realistic expectations about our sale and Kris was extremely good at getting us on the right track and doing this tactfully. We felt he had great negotiation skills but did all this with a sense of humor and empathy. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Kris & Eden.
