Kitua has changed my old negative perspective on real estate agents through her professionalism, easy-going personality, excellent knowledge of the market and the entire home-buying journey. From our first meeting, I could already tell she was going to be a wonderful agent to work with. It started with her bubbly personality which was backed by her knowledge of the whole process, she was very helpful every step along the way. I originally thought the whole thing was going to be tedious however she demonstrated excellent and timely communication, sacrificed her personal time to tend to my needs and provided me with everything I required for a successful purchase.
