Kirsty knew the market and had buyers already in the wings. I was away during the open homes and contract negotiations but Kirsty made it really easy for me. She did extra running around getting documents and signatures for me as I wasn’t there. She put together a superb marketing campaign and I had an unconditional offer sorted within 10 days of my place going on the market AND it was at a price I was happy to accept. Kirsty knows Blenheim, how best to market your property (especially if there are challenges with the property), always doing exactly what she says she’ll do, has lots of really helpful advice, and has a wonderful, warm, bubbly personality. She is just so professional. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and I can honestly say that Kirsty is the best that I’ve ever dealt with - and I’ve had some superb agents.
