Couldn't ask for better!

We just bought a home with Kirsty as the vendor's agent. Even though she wasn't working for us, we felt as if she was doing everything possible to make the sale smooth and agreeable to both parties. She answered all our many questions, by text and by email, and always quickly sought more information when needed. She was an excellent mediator between us and the vendors. Kirsty was honest and trustworthy, and went out of her way to accommodate our unusual schedule coming back and forth from Christchurch for the purchase in Dunedin. And she wasn't afraid to muck in: on our first visit we had questions about the subfloor and she pulled on her boots and scrambled through some thick brush and under the deck to show us the entrance. I was very impressed from that moment on and her service didn't disappoint. If we ever sell this house, we'll know who to call! Highly recommended.
