When I contacted her to advise to actively look, Upland was just about to come on the market. She arrange for me to be able to access the property not long after. She was spot on with my needs and some of my wants with this property. During the purchasing process she has been supportive and always available to answer any questions. She has helped by offering suggestions of a Builder to use for the Builders Report and a Lawyer suggestion. When there was an issue found in the Builders report she arranged for second opinion and more in-depth look by another builder.
