When I contacted her to advise to actively look, Upland was just about to come on the market. She arrange for me to be able to access the property not long after. When there was an issue found in the Builders report she arranged for second opinion and more in-depth look by another builder. Kirsten was referred to us by a friend who works with her in the industry, and we are absolutely grateful for the introduction. From the minute we connected with Kirsten, nothing we asked was a problem for her. As this was our first home buy, Kirsten spent a considerable amount of her time (which we had not scheduled) showing us around possible homes of interest. We decided on one and from then on in, from signing the conditional contract through to settlement Kirsten was with us every step of the way. We wanted to call in and view the home on a number of occasions before we were in and Kirsten always obliged, and nothing was ever a problem even at short notice. Kirsten was the best liaison between us and the builder and even facilitated a right to occupy agreement when our settlement date was delayed. Once in Kirsten was happy to take down a list of items which needed attention and she passed this onto the builder to rectify, although not many she wanted to ensure everything for us was just perfect.
