Well what a breath of fresh air Kimberly is!! :D Such a relaxed (in a good way!) agent to work with and very thoughtful too... most agents have that over-the-top salesperson vibe which gets tiring... Kimberly was very down to earth and caring. She knew our market well and obtained a happy sell price very quickly.
