First Home Buyer Experience made Easier

Kimberly was the vendors agent in this instance and went above and beyond to make the experience for us first home buyers as easy as possible but also incredibly special as well. We were kept in the loop the whole time with text updates, phone calls and emails - we received the preferrable avenue of contact for whatever was of topic. Kimberly offered an in-person meeting when we confirmed our interest to assist us in understanding the process. We received great recommendations for conveyancing lawyers and builders. Kimberly clearly communicated basics and expectations re purchase agreement process, vendors actions completing requirements and everything in between. She gave solid reassurance and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. In all instances, Kimberly initiated the next step where needed and/or informed us who was to action what. We never had to request for a step to be carried out because Kimberly was already on it and she was always open to being contacted if we needed to know anything. For such a massive milestone accomplished for my partner and I, we're so grateful that Kimberly was there every step of the way to make the process go smoothly wherever she possibly could.
