Downsizing your home and leaving a place of memories is a stressful experience but Kimberley's support, guidance, caring communication and professionalism made this as stress-free as possible and she was more than willing to go above and beyond what I expected her to do with her knowledge of the market and people to use in the marketing etc. She helped me in liaising with buyers agents and lawyers explaining things required of me as the owner and made sure I was coping with the whole process which went much more smoothly than expected.
