I first met Kimberley by attending an Open Home and putting in an offer subject to us selling our home. Although we were outbid with an off less than ours but with better conditions for the vendor; as we had not gone to market, we valued the work Kimberley had already carried out so we proceeded to go to the market. Kimberley carried out our appraisal and we really liked her professionalism along the way. We listened to all options, we did not go with an auction, but equally, we had an offer within 3/4 open homes. I know it is often the first offer that is the best offer.
