Kimberley was amazing to deal with. Professional, informative, helpful and empathetic. The process of buying our first home went extremely smoothly in comparison to others experiences. Especially considering the time constraints of Christmas holidays in the mix (unconditional Dec, settlement Jan) and us going in as a live deal. We received clear comms and never felt pressured to offer more than our means. She provided us a list of helpful contacts like builders, MAs, lawyers etc (of which we did use for the building inspector and had already engaged with a lawyer and MA who was listed) We could communicate with the vendor through her and vice versa, for things that honestly could have been ignored. For example us wanting measurements to be able to buy a new fridge during boxing day deals, the vendor wondering if we'd keep a picnic table they didn't want to take. Settlement day we got the keys around lunch and were greeted with a neat box of goodies inside. 10/10 would recommend.
