When you engage an agent you want them to deliver on what they promise and Kim did this in spades for us. Kim did everything as I would expect an an agent to do. Communication etc was good, the only area she fall down on was not pref reading the brochure for the auction. It was only small but seeing a multi storey apartment instead my house in the brochure was disappointing.
