Professional and courteous

We were very impressed with Kim's professional conduct and real estate knowledge. She communicated clearly with us and in a timely manner. She explained the sales and marketing process for our house and the pros and cons of the different sales methods. She gave us a timeline for the sales. We received a report each week for the potential buyers who came through the house. There were a couple of obstacles in the process and Kim was able to suggest ways to sort these out and provided extra professionals at the open home who could talk to buyers. We got a pre auction offer and Kim explained the process to us and what we needed to do. We sold our house with an offer that was more than satisfactory to us and altogether a great outcome.
