Kim was awesome hunting out properties that suited our scenario and providing genuinely useful guidance on the properties obviously gleaned from years of experience in the business both here and overseas, tapping into a great set of contacts to guide the property search. Kim was also a voice of reason and calm through the auction process as a buyers agent, truly acting in my best interests even if that would mean I walked away from a property and ultimately helped secure an awesome property.

Kim was an absolute legend from start to finish and even after the sale was closed. It was much harder for us to see houses being 3hours away, but Kim would go on our behalf and send pictures & videos focusing on the things we said were important as well as things she thought would influence our decision. Nothing was too much for her and she would always reply quickly to messages. Occasionally Kim would send us homes that weren’t quite the brief but would make excellent homes; most of which we ended up seeing as she was right; they were worth the trip. Obviously we would find homes online too and we shared our lists and discussed each home open & honestly; this was invaluable and we looked forward to those chats. Kim also knew the reasons for the house and was extremely considerate, if not protective of us. I would highly recommend her as she was thorough and easy to work with. She did a great job and I really hope we get to work high her again.

Kim helped me find a property I loved and provided a great deal of support in terms of actually getting the deal done. She was intent on making sure that the process went as smoothly as possible and very professional in her approach. She was also very practical in terms of the advice she gave. The sale of our property took place at a time when the Auckland property market was changing dramatically (between Dec 2021 and March 2022). Sale prices were falling and buyers wee holding back.
