Kim and Eden aka EK Group We are now the EX owners of our Devonport property sold through the EK Group. Eden and Kim are an amazing team and we could not have asked for anything more from them during the WHOLE process. On the first meeting what was evident was their passion, energy and drive - along with a strong database of buyers to bring to the table. Kim's eye for detail and Eden's drive made this a journey that we are proud to have been on with them. It was a long campaign, and when we as the vendor, started to get sale fatigue they were there every step of the way and never doubted we would sell for the price we had put on the table. They made this happen and never came to us asking for a price reduction, as they truly believed in our product and there was no way they would sell short of that.
