The property took nearly two years to sell, so my Harcourts relationship with Kim-Maree and Debra was extended and included many discussions about strategy and expectations. That part went quite well professionally speaking. But perhaps the best part of the whole process was the team work and coordination between all Harcourts staff and us, managed by Kim-Maree and Debra. Especially that the team continued to help with the fulfilment of the contract clauses, even after the sale went unconditional, and as we advanced towards settlement day.
