After beginning my career in the New Zealand Justice system and then taking a short break to start my family, I have been selling real estate for the past 22 years and I have enjoyed the phenomenal success during this time selling over $220 million dollars’ worth of real estate in my career so far. I am the proud mother of twin daughters Simone and Briahna, and being a very dedicated and focused person I love selling properties in the very beautiful and wonderful communities of Waiau Pa and Clarks Beach. Excellent strategist with deep understanding of vendor requirements.

The property took nearly two years to sell, so my Harcourts relationship with Kim-Maree and Debra was extended and included many discussions about strategy and expectations. That part went quite well professionally speaking. But perhaps the best part of the whole process was the team work and coordination between all Harcourts staff and us, managed by Kim-Maree and Debra. Especially that the team continued to help with the fulfilment of the contract clauses, even after the sale went unconditional, and as we advanced towards settlement day.
