Kim's advice was spot-on, she suggested an Auction, and it was successful. Kim worked hard to put together a marketing campaign to highlight the best features of our house - utilizing the sunset & drone photography of the local beach & neighborhood. We were able to trust Kim early on because she genuinely cared and wanted the best possible outcome for us. Kim is very knowledgeable, she helped us understand our vendor responsibilities and handled all the paperwork. She was very organised and kept us on track, with key documentation.
