Second sale success

This was the second time we have sold a property through Kim, but our first time via auction. Kim guided us through the auction process and, as always, gave fantastic market insight into how similar properties were selling and what the desirable property characteristics were. She provided an initial valuation of our property in early June, tipping off ideas on how we might add value to put us into a new price range without expecting us to list with her - just out of the goodness of her heart. Five months later, having renovated, we revalued the property in a differing market and chose to list with Kim again. She maintained constant contact with us throughout the marketing period and verbally covered her reports in greater detail. Unfortunately we didn't end up with many bidders at our auction which made us nervous, but it proved that you only need one or two buyers who love your property to have a successful sale. Despite this, we gained a fantastic auction result and sold to Buyers who were ecstatic to secure our property.
