Easy to communicate with

We found Kim really easy to communicate with, either via phone or SMS - she responded really quickly. She wasn’t pushy at all, didn’t hound us, yet was willing to take the time and answer all of our questions. We found her answers to be really informative and helpful in our decision making and were really pleased with the outcome.
