We didn't deal with Kim. We delt with Duncan her partner. We found Duncan to be very professional and relayed our negotiation wishes in a very timely manner. I feel he get got us as a purchaser a good honest purchase price.
Kim has met all my expectations and the fast sale cemented this for me. She has been efficient, clear, reliable and knows her scope of practice extraordinarily well. She is great to work with and her sense of humour lightens, what for me has been, a stressful time.

He was always so easy to deal with and was happy to answer all our random questions, even when we were texting him at 9pm with something we’d just thought of 😂 Kim was fantastic too. She was so lovely to deal with and went out of her way to help us, especially showing our family through the home after we went unconditional and before settlement. It was really special being able to share the house with our family before we officially move in. You can tell they work really well together and are always on the same page, which made the whole process so easy for us. We really appreciated having both of them involved and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
