An excellent agent

Kieren was fantastic in helping us purchase our property. He had a no nonsense approach when it came to offers and whether they would be accepted and communicated clearly what the seller was looking for. He also was incredibly helpful getting in touch with the seller regarding issues that arose with the property after moving in that were a result of poor work by tradesmen the seller had hired. The only downside was whenever he was unavailable we instead had to deal with one of his colleagues who was dismissive, far less helpful and seemed to think that the property we were buying and the price bracket we were in was beneath her. If you can ensure you're dealing with Kieren himself I couldn't reccommend him more.
