Working with Kieran was fantastic. Made buying our first home a much less stressful experience. Only wish we had spoken to him sooner. He was able to provide great insight into the market and understood what we were looking for. Communication was quick and simple which suited us perfectly and has great taste in oat milk. Thanks Kieran!

Great at matching my timing and needs . Was very helpful in and out of work hours . Communication was on point . Very help . Very good understand of what I wanted to achieve.

We really enjoyed working with Kieran throughout the process. He was friendly, approachable and always easy to communicate with, keeping us updated and helping make what could have been a stressful process feel much more straightforward. We really appreciated his time, guidance and professionalism, and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

I found Kieran friendly and easy to deal with and between himself and Logan the process was nice and simple

Kieran kept me with fast and clear communication, aided me in cleaning, staging and auctioning. All decisions were conveyed clearly with reporting along the way. I did not need to go back to Christchurch myself to finish this deal. Thanks to Kieran for this fast and easy sale.

Kieran made buying our first home so easy and stress free. He went to work for us on day one researching and taking us through open homes to capture what we liked and didn’t like as we didn’t know ourselves. Kieran found us our perfect home and even went above and beyond by meeting us outside of work hours to take us through! On Auction day he calmed the nerves with a coffee and again went to work for us and by the time we bought the home, my partner and I were left asking ourselves “when is the stressful part coming” safe to say it never came. 10/10 recommend Kieran and Harcourts when buying a home and I will definitely be using Kieran when it’s time to upgrade. A top bloke whose genuine approach is going to take him to the top!
