Considering the urgent sale conditions I had bestowed upon Khalil he handle himself very well. Kept me apprised the whole way explaining everything that would happen. He wasn't pushy, but when the ball was rolling he constantly messaged me with constant updates with the progress right up to the end of the auction. If I am to purchase or sell property in the future I would be happy to have Khalil again take lead.
