Kevin is an experienced and knowledgeable agent. He provided considered advice on what would be needed to sell our house, in a tough market, and this made all the difference in getting a great sale. We needed to renovate our home (carpet, paint, garden, electrics, cleaners, staging) after many years of being well lived in. Kevin was able to recommend a wide range of contractors to assist us. The prices were reasonable and the quality of work exceptional. As we don't live locally Kevin supported us in overseeing that the work got done in a timely fashion. Kevin was a great communicator and kept us updated on every step of the sale/auction process. He supported us through the auction process and realistic on the results we would obtain.
