Responsive and helpful for prospective buyers
Debbie was very helpful in working with the seller to provide information that we as buyers wanted prior to the auction, and sourced additional documents beyond the standard ones provided in the pre-auction bundle. Debbie was very quick to respond, made an effort to get to know us a bit as prospective buyers, and overall provided a quick and useful line of communication between us and the seller.
