Kevin's help to sell my property was perfect. When we began the process I shared with Kevin the issues and worrys I had prior to putting the house on the market. He sat down with me and worked through each problem until it there were no problems anymore. His communication was always prompt, clear and calm, but he was always respectful of my time and didn't ever come across pushy. It always felt like the sale of my house was important to Kevin and he worked hard and in a professional manner to make it happen for me. He always kept me informed of any updates or progress, and was always available when I had a question or needed guidance. During the negotiations Kevin worked through each decision with me giving me good advice and making sure I had explored every option. I was great full to have someone with his level of knowledge to bounce questions and thoughts off in that process. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin to my family and friends as their real estate agent, it felt like a very easy and pleasant process to go through while also getting exactly the outcome I wanted from the sale, and to top it off hes just a nice bloke.
