This was an emotional time for us as we were selling a family property that had been first built by our grandfather over 70 years ago. We choose to go with Kersna because we could feel she was almost as attached to the property as we were and she could appreciate what were letting go. We found her to be friendly and professional with her approach to us as vendors as well as prospective purchasers. Kersna was very accommodating in whatever we requested and always friendly with a smile. We went to market in a difficult market and felt she worked hard for us and achieved a good result.
