We were impressed with Kerry’s response to any requests we had. Our first viewing of the property was outside of any planned open homes and at very short notice (less than 2 hours) and she met us there ready to assist us in any way. Our next visits were during open homes where we found both Kerry and Talitha friendly and with positive responsive with any of our questions. Once we had purchased the house, Kerry was still attentive to our requirements and requests. This proved to be of great assistance as she managed to arrange another visit to house prior to the final inspection to allow visiting family to see our acquisition. Kerry always had positive and approachable. Raylene and I would happily recommend her services to others.

Kerry was very helpful throughout the process. She delayed closing an open home so I could whip through and just double check the spaces. On auction day she came and checked in with us before the auction, then assisted with the negotiation with the vendor. Since then she has been helpful in organizing access to facilitate the transfer.

I met Kerry in an open home. She was very helpful and professional. Regardless I didn't get that property, she kept communication with other potential properties, being mindful of my budget. Trudi was our main contact point, however Kerry and Trudi work closely together, and their individual personalities and styles compliment each other. They set up a ‘What’s App’ group whereby they both communicated with my wife and I on a joint forum which meant we were all on the same page during the sale process. The market seemed a bit indifferent and although we didn’t sell as quickly as we thought we might have, Trudi kept with the plan and maintained exposure with weekly open homes which was much appreciated. The photography was great, the marketing script added some extra flavour…and their performance negotiating and working through to the sale made things happen. I would recommend both Trudi and Kerry as a team…and would have confidence in recommending them to other sellers. Perhaps the only thing that surprised us was the other sales people in the local office didn’t have any buyers that they felt suitable to take through the property…but the good thing was that the Team of 2 came through when it counted😀😜🏆
