We were selling our property from out of town and Kerry was easy to work with despite even with us not being local. Communication was great. The property was not a ‘straight forward sell’ so required some effort to get across the line and Kerry put the hard yards in here. The final sale price was quite a bit lower than the indicative sale price provided at the start which was the only negative. We would use the services of Kerry again.

We have just sold both a bare section and a section with a home through Graeme and Kerry's efforts. We are happy with the result and in fact when we were contemplating removing the section with the home from the market due to not achieving the anticipated result, Graeme went to additional lengths and within about twenty four hours had found a buyer who was prepared to pay an acceptable figure.
