Kerry is a true professional in her field. We discussed the goals we wanted to achieve with the sale of the property. She helped me to stage my home, with some of her own personal items. Due to some previous renovation work done on the property, there were some things that needed to be ironed out. Kerry took it upon herself to liase directly with the tradesmen who completed the work to get the answers needed to achieve the sale. There was some negotiation between the buyer and seller which was handled quickly and efficiently. Both parties walked away happy with the outcome.
