Kerry was very professional. He was knowledgeable and experienced. He made an effort to explain relevant information to me and to keep me informed through the process. He negotiated a deal that was acceptable to me - not the GV which I would have liked but probably appropriate for the market at the time.

We met Kerry when making an offer on a house but would also need to sell our house and decided to have him sell for us too. We didn't get that house but Kerry stuck with us until we found somewhere, listed our house at the right time and exceeded our expectation on the amount of viewers and sale price.
