We could not have asked for a better agent than Kerry-Anne Hodgson at Harcourts for selling our house . This house was rented and liaised with our tenants of 20 years perfectly and even helped them find another rental property. She gave us a realistic sale price range and all went very well and sold at auction with no issues. She worked extremely hard to get buyers in the door .
