Dear Tremains Team, I wanted to take a moment to share our experience and express our sincere gratitude for the incredible service we received during the purchase of our new home. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Kerri at our very first viewing. You often hear people say, "you just know when you know" and that was absolutely true for us. I was ready to sign the paperwork on the spot! Kerri provided us with valuable information about nearby properties that had recently sold and was clear, honest, and professional when answering all our questions. If there was ever anything she wasn’t immediately sure of, she didn’t leave us waiting long more than once, I received a call shortly after our viewings with the answers we needed. Her promptness and dedication made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process. From the moment we submitted our offer through to going unconditional and finally to settlement day, Kerri was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I had been searching for a long time and were beginning to think we’d never find the right place. Unfortunately, we had dealt with many agents who didn't follow up or communicate clearly, which made the difference with Kerri all the more striking. We also want to acknowledge and thank a few other companies who supported us along the way their help was truly appreciated.
