I just sold 2 investment properties with Jodi and Kerif, who I believe are the best agents in Rotorua. On both property sales my expectations were far exceeded, both in terms of sale price AND quick settlements. One offer fell through and they quickly had another (much better) offer in place. Oh and the clincher? They went on a (no doubt well-deserved) holiday for 2 weeks soon after I listed - and that didn't matter one bit because Linda stepped up and handled everything superbly with amazing communication every step of the way (what an asset she is to the team). I highly recommend them all and have just listed a 3rd property for sale with them myself. I just wish I had known about them years ago!
