Keri has an excellent level of knowledge of the Dunedin area/s a and the property market. She is very resourceful and provided contacts (Builders) which made it possible for me to purchase a property in Dunedin, whilst residing remotely (in Wellington). She continues to help with the process of engaging a property manager, which is much appreciated. She also provided her thoughts and views which helped when making a decision and was very helpful and flexible and offered to show my daughter, the property at a time that suited my daughter.
