My house was going to be hard to sell, due to the driveway access to my house being disputed in court. Obviously I had to sell my house for less than Keren's appraisal amount, because the driveway access issue arose after I recieved Keren's appraisal. Keren patiently worked with her buyers through the issues of the legal dispute of the driveway access, until she got the sale. Keren never pressured me or cohersed me, but instead she was encouraging & supportive. I thought my house would be on the market for a very long time, or simply not sell until I got a court ruling in regards to driveway access to my house. However to my surprise it sold in a little longer than only 3 months! Thank you Keren! I will sign up with Keren again should I wish to sell a property in the future.

A fantastic experience working with Keren to buy our first property!
