The official address was Block F Unit 2, 1 Pompallier Estate Drive, Maunu. But the shortened address reads as FU2, 1 Pompallier Estate Drive, Maunu and no doubt at Kenni's communication skills, he was able to move this Home Unit on to someone else's lifestyle in which was a very slow but competitive market. 8 Units were for sale and through open homes and visual sales media it was gone. So I was very pleased to have Kenni as my agent and pleased he sold the unit on my behalf. Well Done!!
