Selling my tenanted flat seemed daunting to me but Keni put myself and my tenant at ease. I appreciated how he worked with her to keep disruption to a minimum. Keni has such a friendly disposition (a great smile) and is a great communicator. Very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the process which was great as I live elsewhere.
