Kendall did a fantastic job selling my house, excellent communication, with a great eye for detail and style when getting my house ready to sell. Distance was no object and her understanding of the local market was impressive. Overall Kendall is an excellent agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.

Kendall was the first agent we interviewed. We were so impressed we cancelled our other agents appointments, as we believed we would be wasting our time and theirs, as our mind was made up. We were not disappointed. Kendall provided service way over our expectations, and was in communication with us during the whole process which culminating in a sale at Auction above our expectations.
