Mr Pestano introduced me to my new dream home in the most pleasant, helpful, and professional manner. I'm actually really sad I can't afford to buy any more houses from him in the near future ! Ken will not disappoint.
We found Ken to be a very positive and friendly agent to deal with, who offered great insight into our house. Thank you for your inputs throughout the sales process.
Ken & Nick did a stellar job of not just marketing our property, but also with the communication & keeping me in the loop at all times Happily recommend to anyone looking at selling their property
From beginning to end, Ken was a great agent for us. He always showed up on time and tried to make things work. Quite a genuine guy, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Ken was very professional with excellent guidance and communication throughout the whole selling process. If you planning on buying or selling a property we recommend Ken Pestano at Cutlers.
