Kelvin is a highly qualified agent. He's very conscientious and really works with his customers in mind. In our experience, he solved problems efficiently; he replies to messages and emails very quickly, and responds with enthusiasm. He is very patient and careful, no matter how many questions we have (a lot). He helped us find a lot of houses suited to our requirements and most importantly, was honest about the advantages and disadvantages of each house for us - very valuable in an agent.
