Excellent communication and compassion

I found it an absolute pleasure to work with kelvin as my selling agent, our journey was definitely not an easy 1 but he was always there with his encouraging words, reassurance, professionalism and honesty (even when it was something that I didn't want to hear he never tried to lead me astray or over promise as I've encountered with past experiences). His communication was excellent, I was fully informed on everything and he never once complained about my millions of questions and anxiety induced need for updates!
