Kelvin was a very easy agent to work with who took my interests into consideration as well as the vendor. I felt comfortable and relaxed that the home was exactly as described and presented. The home is everything I thought it was and better. He gave me sound advice regarding the insurance and gave me recommendations for the building inspector and couldn't do enough for me. He was very patient at explaining all the terms and jargon for the sale and purchase agreement too. It was a very quick settlement period, but we were both on the same page and in communication throughout and took away some of the stress from the buying the house process. We were the purchasers for our experience with Kelvin. He was quite simply fantastic in every way for the whole process from our first viewing through to settlement and even beyond. The expression 'going the extra mile' is often overused but in Kelvin's case it is thoroughly justified. Even after settlement he was still working for us and the vendor to finalise some loose ends that weren't his responsibility to sort.
